Room Information

Introduction:

The location of room must be kept according to the hotels. In this form you must need to fill the detail information of the room. You have to know the location of building (if hotel have more than one building), room number, bed type, category of room, amenities offered, and etc. after gathering all this necessary information then you need to filled the form by following the given steps. The information will be stored through this section.

Step by step instruction to add room Information:

  1. Press Add button to fill in information.
  2. Type ID will fill up automatically. You don’t need to type it.
  3. Fill in category name.
  4. Add the amenity provided by your hotel. E.G. “LED TV, Cable T.V, complimentary Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, Hair dryer, mini fridge, complimentary water bottle, Panel heaters, tea/coffee maker, access to fitness center, etc.”
  5. Select the building of the particular room with floor number.
  6. Add the room number and select the telephone line. E.g. “Extension or direct line”.
  7. Add the description.
  8. Select the bed type.
  9. Then press the Save button. After this, a confirmation message will appear to save the typed information, press Yes button.

Step by step instruction to edit Room Information:

  1. To edit existing room Information first you’ve to select a room  from the list.
  2. Then click EDIT button.
  3. After this a confirmation message will appear. Then click YES
  4. Now you can make all the necessary changes.
  5. After editing the necessary information press the Update button, a confirmation message will appear. To update the typed information press yes button.
