Building Setup

Introduction:

There are various types of Building. If there is only one building then it can be named as main building but in case of hotel which have more than one building then the building name must be given accordingly. This information will be stored through this section.

Step by step instruction to add Building Information:

1. Press Add button to fill in information.
2. Building ID will fill up automatically. You don’t need to type it.
3. Type name of Building, or Cottage.
4. Status of the Building or Cottage.
5. Then press the Save button. After this, a confirmation message will appear to save the typed information, press Yes button.

Step by step instruction to edit Building Information:

1. To edit existing Building Information first you’ve to select a Building Name from the list.
2. Then click EDIT button.
3. After this a confirmation message will appear. Then click YES
4. Now you can make all the necessary changes.
5. After editing the necessary information press the Update button, a confirmation message will appear. To update the typed information press yes button.
